Kilian BOISSIERE

A graduate of the Master II in Litigation programme at the University of Bordeaux and winner of the 2022 national commercial mediation competition, Kilian BOISSIERE practises a wide range of legal areas, with a focus on civil and criminal litigation.
His academic background, characterised by a specialisation in legal proceedings and specialist litigation, has enabled him to acquire a solid grasp of the mechanisms of litigation and litigation strategies. Having trained at the CMAP – Institut 131 in Paris, he has gained an in-depth understanding of the principles, issues and techniques of mediation and reasoned negotiation.
Actively involved in the voluntary sector and committed to the defence of fundamental freedoms, he supports clients with rigour and compassion at every stage of the proceedings.

Graduated top of his class in 2004, and from the time he was sworn in, he developed a judicial practice in criminal law, commercial law and corporate law, as well as in civil litigation.

Pauline Engel graduated from the University of Bordeaux with a master's degree in criminal law. She joined TGB in 2025 to complete a professional doctorate under the supervision of Professor Jean-Christophe Saint-Pau and Maître Sylvain Galinat, with a thesis on ‘Militancy and criminal law’.
